January

  • Pray for creative ways to promote and fundraise for campers.
  • Receive summer schedule, prices & directors.
  • Start communicating with church body about camps.
  • Begin planning fundraisers and registration coordination.

February

  • Pray for specific kids who you would like to invite to attend camp this summer.
  • Attend Coordinator Banquet at Camp Crestview & meet key staff.
    February 17, 2008
  • Contact Directors regarding leadership involvement from your church.
  • Involve key leaders in planning meetings with Director.
  • Receive Church Coordinator's Handbook.
  • Begin planning for a church-wide Camp Registration Month in April.
    (This will help you get kids signed up and paid by the opening day of Registration, May 1st... Don't wait!)

March

  • Pray that God will provide creative ways to help kids get to camp.
  • Announce Camp T-shirt Contest (Refer to website for info).
  • Copy and distribute Volunteer Application Packets.
  • Continue communicating camp information to students and parents.
  • Continue efforts for April Camp Registration Month.
  • Raise awareness about those who need financial assistance to get to camp.
  • Receive registration materials from ALLFOURONE.

April

  • Pray that God will raise up healthy Christian workers to serve as Cabin Leaders.
  • Begin April Camp Registration Month (show old camp videos and/or display pictures from last year's camps).
  • Continue to promote and register students.
  • By April 25th, mail first batch of registration forms to ALLFOURONE.  
  • Deadline Due:
    for T-Shirt Contest April 26, 2008.
  • Announce May 1, 2008 Voting begins for T-shirt Contest on website: www.allfourone.org

May

  • Pray for the Directors and planning teams to hear the heart of God for direction for the camps.
  • Registration Begins May 1st.
  • Continue to register kids while space is available.
  • Check Quickglance Chart at www.allfourone.org for updates.
  • Continue to help families with fundraisers and scholarships.
  • Inform parents about needing extra money for transportation plans, snack bar and souvenirs.
  • Begin making transportation plans to and from camp with parents.   Encourage carpooling please!
  • Make plans with your pastor for post-camp testimonies and/or special youth nights to celebrate.
  • T-shirt design contest closes/ ends May 31, 2008.
June, July & August
  • Pray for safety, miracles, salvations and amazing turn-around in the lives of kids.
  • Continue to register kids while space is available.
  • Prepare a church check to pay the final balance at check-in on DAY ONE of each camp session.
  • Download (from website) and distribute the following to registered campers:
    • Parent Info Sheet with more specific information about camp.
    • Letter from each Director to campers with specific details about each week of camp.
    • Souvenir Order Form (T-shirt/Picture/DVD)
  • Continue preparing campers by coordinating the following:
    • Work with parents on transportation to and from camp.
    • Collect campers’ final balances two weeks prior to camp.
    • Following camp, consider providing an opportunity to allow kids to share their experience at camp with your church body through songs, testimonies, videos, etc… is creative, and have fun with it.

October-December  

  • Pray that God will help the camp and programs meet their forecasted budget.
  • Look for post-summer updates and ministry totals to share with church body.
  • Look for summer schedule for the upcoming year.
