Post camp dates, prices and deadlines in your service bulletins early and often.
Mail out camp brochures and/or postcards to invite your group to consider going to camp this summer.
Personally invite members in the church to consider sponsoring specific kids who need financial assistance to get to camp.
Use the month of April as a church wide Camp Promotion Month and raise awareness regarding camps.
Make announcements in your services to raise awareness about ways to get involved while creating opportunities for others to help or give (i.e.: Sponsoring needy students, staffing a registration table, promotion and fundraisers, cabin leaders, drivers to and from camp, etc.).
Decorate and staff a registration table in the lobby or foyer of the church.
Ask your pastor to tell a story about the impact of camp on his/her life or children.
Show video clips or PowerPoint presentations from past camps in adult services and children and youth groups.
Allow students and past cabin leaders to share testimonies and stories.
Create a photo wall with pictures from past camps and info about this coming summer.
