check-list when registering volunteers...

  • Work with your youth and children’s leaders to develop a list of leaders, parents and current volunteers who fit the volunteer prerequisites. Remember to include people who have served in previous years.
    • Program Staff: Must be 15 years or older.
    • Cabin Leaders: Must be 18 years old, and/or is a High School graduate. (Each church is responsible to send one adult cabin leader for every 1-7 campers of each gender.)
    • Jr. Cabin Leader: Must be 15 years or older. Positions available for Kids Camps only.
    • Summer Crew: Must be 16 years or older; lives at camp for 3-4 weeks.
  • Begin by contacting each person on your list and invite them to serve.  Be proactive and positive! Don’t assume their response—maybe they will adjust their schedule to serve.
  • Give each person a Volunteer Application Packet and time to pray. The Volunteer Packet should include…
    • The Volunteer Description
    • Volunteer Application Form
    • Volunteer Reference Form
    • Criminal Background Check Form
  • Gather their completed Volunteer Application, Volunteer Reference Form, and Criminal Verification Form and send to the ALLFOURONE Administration Office as soon as possible.
  • Once accepted, volunteers will need to pay their church a $50.00 “grocery fee” for each session served. The church will then be responsible to pay this fee on behalf of the attending leaders along with the campers from their church. This fee does not apply to Summer Crew.

Special Note: All applicants undergo an initial screening and background check by ALLFOURONE before their approval and confirmation. This might affect the length of time before a volunteer is notified of their acceptance. Please submit applications as soon as possible.
