The Summer Crew works under the supervision of our Program Director and participates in campus work projects, program support for camp activities in addition to times of team building, fellowship and discipleship with other program participants. Each crew member should expect to work long, but very exciting days. Summer Crew participants will gain much insight while observing and working alongside many styles of leadership while experiencing a variety of settings for personal growth.
Opportunities within the Summer Crew Program...
The Summer Crew Director will partner with the Program Director to expand the potential of the Summer Crew program, and will have a direct influence on teaching leadership, and encouraging personal growth. It is imperative this person give reliable support, and participation in work projects, program and group activities, community living, outings and/or events. This position includes a summer stipend, food and lodging at Crestview.
Summer Crew Leads (one male, one female) partner with the Summer Crew Director in leadership responsibilities and encouraging personal growth by participating in work projects, program and group activities, community living, outings and events, and by being more individually involved with Summer Crew members. This position includes a stipend, food and lodging at Crestview.
Summer Crew participants work hand in hand with the Crew Leads, practicing leadership skills and personal growth. It is essential for this person to understand the importance of a strong work ethic while participating in everyday camp life including work projects, program and group activities, community living, and benefits of weekly outings or events.

Other Summer Crew Details…
Applicants must submit an application, pastoral reference and background check form. Each approved applicant is required to attend the required orientation/training meetings.
Session One: KIDS CAMPS (3-4 weeks)
Session Two: HIGH SCHOOL CAMPS (3-4 weeks)
Session Three: MIDDLESCHOOL CAMP (3-4 weeks)
